    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

At Crazyswim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Return Policy Highlights

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or invoice)
  • Certain hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned (see below)

  2. Prepare Your Package: Include all items to be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color from our FEMME or HOMME collections:

  1. Follow the standard return process above.
  2. Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the new item you’d like.
  3. We’ll send the new item once we receive your return.
  4. Shipping costs for the new item will be your responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bonnets de bain (Swim Caps)
  • Bonnets (Hats)

Exceptions: These items may be returned only if they’re defective or incorrect due to our error.
